Painted Lady
I resisted posting this species as they are so plentiful this year but for that very reason there has been no lack of photo opportunities. These pictures were taken on 12th and 17th of this month.
Lovely pictures Mike. I did not see a Painted Lady today at Durlston Country Park. I wonder when they start their migration to Africa, it must be soon.

I love the ones were the bees are around... It looks like a council with the butterfly being the master Yoda!! Great shoSts!
