Roses grow on you!

Or in this case the young Gold Finch is looking to grow on these rose buds, I was surprised to see it eating these.

My neighbour likes his roses but they are going to a good cause!

Beautiful pictures both of them. Although we got some sun Thursday and Friday, it went back to rain today and might for the rest of the week. I hope you are getting a better weather than we do!

Thanks Chris, I don't know how to say this but it is too hot! Unusually, for Scarborough on the coast, we have it hotter here than inland in Yorkshire.
